Home page collapsing on desktop and mobile

Hi team The homepage collapses if there is no slider set from the Vibe editor. That means, if i create the homepage using just the Visual builder, the Body section of the page collapses and Header and Footer overlap. Is this a known issue?   The above issue is only seen once you set the page to Home Page in settings. Otherwise the collapse isnt observed.

Can you please share a video showing the steps to replicate issue. This would help us in identifying the cause and suggest you the fix.

Hi Admin, Please see video in the link below: In the video I click on Edit with Visual Composer and you can see the page collapsing. This happens also if I remove or switch the Vibe editor in the backend and only use Visual Composer. Unfortunately I can't show you this happening since the site is live. This is an important issue that needs fixing. I don't know if any other user is facing this issue. Can you please look at the screenshare and let me know why you think I would have such an issue? Also, note that this issue began post 1.9.9.1 update. Thanks,

Unable to replicate the issue at our end . The visual composer is working fine on front end also . Please check : http://prntscr.com/93coks Content of both page builder and VC is visible on front end . The page builder is enabled and "show page content" is set to "above page builder" . refer : http://prntscr.com/93cp6f

Could you please check why it's happening on my install then? This only began after updating the theme. Your help would be really appreciated.

Hi Alex, I just had a second glance at the screenshot. I realised that you are editing the page without first setting it as the Homepage. Please note that I don't have the issue while editing any other page. It only happens on the Homepage.

Hi Alex, The reason it's not collapsing for you is because you have placed the Vibe content above the Visual Composer content. This works for me as well. However, when I put off the Vibe content or place it below Visual Composer content, the page collapses.
