How can I increase the Curriculum?

When I want to increase a course with new units. First I create the unit and after, when I go to add the Unit to the Course, I can´t. This is the message that appears: Set Course Curriculum, prepare units and quizzes before setting up curriculum Where can I find "Set Course Curriculum"? I have searched the lms menu, in setup and I have not found what option. How can I resolve? Thanks a lot
