How to add content from this page to my site

Please use ninja forms to built the form and attach it to the become an instructor page.

@Latiyan, I would like to have it simillar as in the page  http://themes.vibethemes.com/wplms/skins/default/become-a-teacher/ How come it was not imported on the import demo pages, I have 2 sites that have this empty page. Can you provide the code from that page? The forms are build already. As you can see there is a form on http://mavrike.com down on footer visible. The very same form is showed also on the above mentioned site.   Thanks

Please refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/page-builder-export-codes/ Copy the import code for become a teacher page and then goto wp-admin -> wplms -> page builder manager . Put the import code in that import code field . refer : http://prntscr.com/aazoso click on import button and then save the changes . Then please edit the become a teacher page and  in page builder manager please click on the save layout button and drag the become a teacher layout in page builder area  .

I have done this, and tried it already is not working, once I add the layout in the pagebuilder and update the post is just missing. The page is still blank, and nothing changes, I tried it several times in a row.

Import code is working fine at our test site . Can you please share your site url and admin credentials to check this issue at your end . PS: mark reply as private while sharing the credentials
