Please create new topics for new issues as this helps us in keeping the track and improve our response time.
The longer topics losses the interest, so its recommended to always create new topics for your new issues.
1) Check if the members meta info is enabled from the wplms->buddypress->show members meta info.
2) Try to resync the translation files using your loco translate plugin.
So marking the topic as resolved and closing the topic.
New topics also helps the other users to find the solution to their issues easily.
