How to export and import an entire course

Just want to export the course, no user data or anything like that. Just the course with its units and quizzes etc. Then I would like to import it. (I need to do a fresh install because someone messed up). Thanks.

Please refer the screenshot for the settings : http://prntscr.com/9hkpgh in the lms -> settings -> import/export . this will export you 10 courses . you can chiise the start point and end point settings . FIrst export 10 courses then the start and edn points settings will be 0 and 10 resp. It will  export first 10 courses . then for next 10 courses export you can change the start and end settings to be 10 and 20 resp.

Thank you. Then how do i import them? the box underneath? Is there a way to do import/export through FTP easily?
