How to Import only demo pages?

Hi, I don't want to import everything in sample code. While installing theme & configuring, I had selected to import page contents & default styles which is used at your demos. I had received a file with themeforest folder which imports, but, I just want to import pages, nothing else. Not only pages, But page content. Default wplms set-up wizard only imports only pages names, not page content & default styles of content. How-to do that.
