How to Insert Video VIMEO v4 WPLMS

Hi, I updated testing the V4 and I am not sure which s the exact URL format to insert a video, I used 3.9.9 with this type of URL to have a full screen video[iframevideo] [vimeo 4 w=640 h=360] [/iframevideo] but I am not sure which exact URL from a VIMEo video works properly to have a full screen video in V4, Could you please explain me exactly about this? thanks
