How to make login text multilingual

Hi, At the moment I can add text to VibeBP/Settings -> Login Settings like welcome message during login, but it's only in 1 language and it seems like I can't use WPML to translate it. Is there anyway I can set different languages to the login text according to the language user chooses ?
