How to put restriction on activity stream file upload for members?

As of now anyone can post update in their activity stream which supports uploading files, images or videos. For security purpose, can't find any option to restrict file size or restrict any upload or keep only specific file types for members. How to do that? Also buddydrive is not working with new 4.03. Kindly suggest. Installing buddydrive and putting buddydrive in logged in profile menu and setting buddypress buddydrive page to default buddydrive page, the buddydrive page is showing blank while accessing from member side panel.

Dear User, BuddyDrive will not work with 4+ versions because it is a wordpress plugin and now wplms moved to a new technology So we will release a new addon for this drive feature.
