How to register account after payment

Hi, Some of my students click pay the courses before creating accounts. I received payment. What should they do next ? How do the system know the account created associating with the payment ? As the woocommerce payment form also ask for personal details, the buyers were confused they thought they also created an account. Is there anyway to make the personal info in woocommerce from become a new account ?

check the setting in wp-admin>>woo-commerce>>Accounts>>create account on checkout
