How to Reset users after expiring

Hello Team, When we try to reset the users, it's resetting the user. but the status of that particular user still showing "EXPIRED". Note: We don't have paid courses, all are free only can you help on this ASAP?

Hello, Okay for this you can enable the ” Finished Course Access ” -> yes from wp-admin -> wplms -> course manager . refer : http://prntscr.com/ajvoe9 If you want to extends course duration then you can do this from course admin menu, Thanks,

hello, You need to set the duration to 9999 days, then it will become unlimited. PS: The duration will become unlimited for the students enrolling after you have changed the duration, the previous student’s duration will remain the same,but you can increase their duration also to 9999 days manually from the course admin area.
