I can not find these strings

Hi I can not find the strings in the registration form as marked in the image: It should be easy but I can not find them: they are in the profile details Thanks !

These text does not come from any code that's why you cannot translate them. You need to go to wp-admin->users->profile fields, and then edit them and change the title accordingly. Let me know if this helps.
