I cannot save my setting in VibeBP Settings page

Hi team support, I have a problem for a week on my site, when I try to save my BudyPress single page or any other configuration in the settings page of VibeBP (WP-admin / VibeBP / Settings) nothing is saved and I gets an error message: Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=1374252 in /htdocs/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2056 (see screenshot https://prnt.sc/1200qk2 )
