I can't assign an image to the product

Okay please make sure that your wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to latest version . Check js errors on product edit page : https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors share screenshot via prntscr.com if any . Try deactivating third party plugins . If none of the above works then please share your wp-admin credentials and site url in a private reply to check this at your end .
