I updated the theme some places that I had translated came back to English

Hello, I recently translated some words that I was not able to, after following the instructions in this post. https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/i-need-to-change-the-text-of-3-specific-locations/#post-251336 However yesterday after I updated the theme some places that I had translated came back to English. What could have happened? How do I get back to the translation I had done?

@nacientifico_816, Did you saved all your translations in the global folder instead of local folder? Global Folder for theme translations: /wp-content/languages/themes Global Folder for Plugin translations: /wp-content/languages/plugins If your po and mo files of your translations are saved in these folders then it will be safe from losing translation even after the theme update.
