iframe videos lost

we have a new issue on our system. we lost all our promotional videos in the course page videos. its automatically deleted from all courses and iframe codes are missing. we used Vimeo videos for show it into the course home. is their any reason  for this ? its important to us.

Well let me tell you that iframes cannot be removed from any content on its own unless someone removed it deliberately . Please provide us steps to replicate the issue . Is this happening when instructor editing the course ?
