I have WordPress website with wplms version 2.9.2 it is working fine before may. The issue is that whenever the certificate is earned an image of that certificate is upload in the media of our website, in the month of the website image created but the image of that certificate is zero bytes and after that, no images are created for the certificate and on the 6 of June again the image of certificate is created I checked disk usages exceeds their limit I have a fix that but still image of certificate is not uploading the media and certificate is created when user submit a course.
This is the issue please help me out to solve this issue

please update your theme to the latest version 3.9.9 is the latest version of the theme for v3 and also make sure that plugins are up to date
I am facing this issue since May and then in June I will get the images in the media code is working fine for 2-3 days and then again it created 0 bytes images in media. What is the issue .

I checked by updating the theme to 3.9 and checked still image is not created in the media after earning the certificate then updated the plugin that will create more confliction in the website it is not working please look into these this is important for me. Please check if images are created in the month of June it is a sudden conflict without any update please check it I have increased the limit of the disk also. Please solve this as soon as possible.

I reduced the size of the certificate , the certificate previously had a large size due to which the request to save the image on server might be throwing error due to large size .
