    Created an import file in excel using your instructions. Now how do we import it? Under the settings tab in LMS, it doesn't import anything. Please advise. I need to take care of this asap.

    Please refer to the exported sample file first ,your import file should created like that of the sample file . Please refer  : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/import-bulk-questions-via-csv-file/
