In Course quiz submission problem

Hi, A couple of users have submitted quizzes but their answers have not been saved as comments in the respective question-posts. Therefore, their mark shows 0/0. For the rest of students of this course, everything worked fine, meaning that quiz and comments configuration must be OK. I am using 1.9.6 with some customization so I hesitate to update to the last version unless really worthy or necessary.Please, could you tell me whether this problem have shown before and whether 1.8 fixes it?Thanks!!

Yes quiz had problems in the version 1.9.6 . YOu have to update to version 1.9.8 and all the plugins .We have fixed many bugs in the recent two theme updates .
