Insecure content (no padlock)

Hello, I have a valid SSL certificate but my website appears as "insecure-mixed content". I have checked through https://www.whynopadlock.com/ and it refers to this picture: Total number of items: 173
Number of insecure items: 1

Insecure URL: http://eneagrama.online/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/Miniatura-V%C3%ADdeo.png Found in: https://eneagrama.online/

So I went to media manager and deleted that picture. Then repeated the test on whynopadlock but still receiving same error message. I have navigated through files on wp-content folder and checked that this file doesn´t exist anymore. Then I contacted hosting assistence. They repeated the same checkings and they say it should be some call WPLMS is triggering. Can you please help? Thanks and regards Dave
