“install wplms” missing

Initial Questions: when migrating from default to modern theme, while following your video. sometimes I can import the page builder code, some times I can’t. now I dont have a working homepage. If you’re starting out, I would suggest you to reset the WP Site and get started with one click setup. Install the WP Reset plugin and reset the site from Tools – Reset section. Once reset, make sure you have both the WPLMS and WPLMS Modern theme installed. Activate the modern theme and setup the one click install. If this does not help, please create a topic here

follow up: I have done that many times. but still the link disappears randomly. but never comes back.

This is strange normally when you have reset your site and activates wplms theme the install wplms options appears right away but first you have activate and install the recommended plugins . refer : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dwd0NNWizeY Caution : resetting will delete all your existing data .
