Instructor sign up but no confirmation email

Hi, I'm using custom registration form on the latest WPLMS version. The registration for student working fine, student get the confirmation email, but not for instructor. Instructor sign up with no confirmation email. Administrator has to approve this registration request. I believe it's not supposed to be this way. I may missed some settings but I read all forum posts related to registration but no luck so far. Please help

Closed. I found my email server temporary blocked outgoing email.
