Instructor subscription

Hello, I would like to know how can I pay an instructor according to the number of the % of view on this training. For example, if a student has a subscription price of 25 € and at sight 10% of his training, I would like to pay him 10% of 25 € and if another student to buy a subscription at 100 € is that he sees 50%, I want to pay him 50% of 100 € How can I do this? Thank you.

hi unit timings can get an idea of which unit they are seeing the most per course per instructor is available right now but per subscription, per course, per instructor is not
