Instructor who only want to do appointments

Hello We have two types of instructors. One who want to have the usual courses and appointments. But we have a group of instructors who ONLY want to do appointments (private tutors by appointments) Can we set up such a permission and create a directory that shows these instructors who only do private tutorial by appointments? Please let me know. I watched the tutorials but doesn't explain the permissions we can set.

@hennyjones, We have added a check in wplms appointments that only administrator and instructor user roles will be available for booking. check this setting: http://prntscr.com/rns8yn If both the roles of instructors have this capability edit_posts then the schedule can be created for both user roles. But in directory only those instructors will be visible whose schedule created and the checkbox --> http://prntscr.com/rnsae9 is checked
