I honestly do not know how you did. But I still is not working. Emails arrive all but not those of the instructor.
What can be causing this failure? It cannot work the first time, and 100 times not.
Please, can you tell me what is the php file that controls the sending of emails?

This issue seems to be intermittent when we tested on your installation 8 out of 10 times the mails were not sending to instructor .Also if this would have been issue with the code then it would not be working for those two times also .
SO please try contacting your host to clear all kind of caching from the server's end .

my host has no problem. If there were problems, no email would arrive at destination.
Instead, the emails for administrator arrive, emails for students also arrive. The only emails that do not reach are those of the instructors.
And anyway I did a further test: I did a clean install into a different domain (hosting different) and the problem is the same: all emails reach their destination but not those for instructors.
And the problem is not related to the fact that there is mandrill or other plugins installed. It's clear that there is a malfunction in some of your plugins (I think in vibe-course-module). It's clear that some part of PHP code is not executed correctly.
So can you please check?

Hi we just fixed the issue at your end please check .emails were not working in some of the cases however finally we were able to replicate and detect the issue and fixed at your end and this fix will be added in the upcoming update of vibe course module .

thanks for reply. I have done two simulations of buying but still not working. The only emails that arrive for instructor is 'new message by...'
No email for subscribed course.
And now, also the email to the student did not arrive for the subscribed course.
And in my second simulation did not arrive woocommerce email

Now, e-mails for instructors arrive but instead of the instructor name there is written: Hi Array
In emails to students, instead of the name there is the email: Hi

yes this is an issue in vibe course module .Please ask you users to provide first name in their profile by going to their profile and edit it .

my users have already set the first name and the fix that you suggested, has already been implemented into the latest update of vibe course module plugin (v 1.9.9.3).

The problem is that this is not processed correctly: $id-> ID
Infact, instead of the instructor name there is written: Hi Array
and for students instead of the name there is the email

Please note that the " Hi Array " is an issue but the emails not sending to instructors is not an issue and is only appearing on your site .
