INVALID LICENSE KEY WPLMS S3

Hello, I purchased WPLMS S3 via Instamojo and the payment id is <span style="background-color: #f3f5f8; color: #444463; font-family: Tahoma, 'Lucida Grande', 'Lucida Sans', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">MOJO0518J00A64143482. I got an email with activation key and when i tried to activate got response as Invalid License key and i sent an email to support and they sent me another key which again failed and againt sent an email for which i have not got response yet. Can some one look into this and resolve the activation issue at the earliest?</span>
