Is there a way to remove some steps/clicks?

Hi, My test students are telling me that there are a couple steps that should be removed in order to make my site more coherent.. they are; 1 - Remove the 'click here to mark this unit complete' thing, which they say is counter intuitive.    Ideally, I would like a course to be automatically finished when all the quizzes in the course have been completed. Is this possible? 2 - Remove the 'are you sure' prompts when submitting a quiz, there are 2, one for normal circumstances and one for if you have missed questions.  My courses are free, so it isn't a big deal if they just start again, but they hate having to keep clicking to submit a quiz. Thanks in advance! :)
