Issue with notification “Instructor reset course”

Hi, When the Instructor reset the Course progress for a Student, the student is receiving the notification like this: "Instructor reset course %s Name of the Course" The issue is that the notification reaches the student with the characters "%s" visible I explain it in the following image: https://prnt.sc/19bn4du This is not a translation issue, because I have also tested it without the translation: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/criiruV1RMF

may i know the versions of the plugins and theme you are using? make sure that you are on latest theme and wplms and vibebp plugins
