Issue with Registration form

Hi, I still don't quite don't understand how the custom registration form works. I watched this video https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/custom-registration-forms-in-wplms/  

1. Currently, I find user info is recorded in 2 tabs

https://prnt.sc/u0un19 https://prnt.sc/u0uof9 Is there anyway I makeall the data recorded in 1 tab only ? We use a separate CRM system, taking info from different tab and loading take lots of time. It will help a lot if everything is in 1 tab  

1. I created a custom registration form. I still not sure how to replace it to the existing one. I want the feature of skipping email activation.

If I put the registration form short code here, will it override the existing form ? or it will add extra fields to the existing form ?   This is my setting, I haven't done the step of copying shortcode to page as I am not really sure how it works, I don't wanna disrupt the website https://prnt.sc/u0uxou I understand that, the default theme use sample setting right ? I changed the field. I mark skip mail verification however, it still requires verification.   My registration form only needs

• Username

• Email

• Password

• Full name

• Phone number

• Address

and no verification

Then add it from here: http://prntscr.com/u1fv26 And all the fields will be in one tab now The core functionality of registration which we are using is of Buddypress but when someone uses, Custom registration Form that means he wants some other features to be included as well For skip, verification email make sure: http://prntscr.com/u1fwrh and in wp-admin > Buddypress > Registration form make sure the page should be connected on which you added the custom registration form shortcode
