Hi, We duplicated the demo home page. We are trying to edit the contents of the page. Basically we want to remove APPLY FOR INSTRUCTOR module and make the RECENT POSTS and TESTIMONIALS into half and half. We deleted the APPLY FOR INSTRUCTOR module and on click of the Save Changes button, a popup with the word Saving and a progress bar is displayed. The progress bar goes on indefinitely and even after 10-15 wait nothing changes.

Please note that the first reply that you create is not private in these forums so please if you want to share some information please share it in the next private reply . We checked your site and found that the ajax call is returning 404 server error ,that is why the content is not saving in your site . refer :  http://prntscr.com/912k8d So please contact your webhost on this . Also try creating a new page with the page builder just save this page as  a new layout and on the new page just use this layout .

Hi Alex, Sorry for not making the ticket private. Thanking for making the admin details private. I FTP to the site and when to WP Admin folder and I could locate admin-ajax.php file refer: http://www.screencast.com/t/5m3rW7BmanJ What do we ask the hosting company when the file already exists? Any help will be appreciated.

Okay after a lot of research we figure out that mod_security was preventing access to wp-ajax.php file because of number of request for the file. At the moment we have turned off mod_security for the test domain. Thanks for your help.
