I have no idea how this plugin "crazy translator" works. we have some %age of translations available for every language which we are sending with theme package. So when you setup loco translate it detects and show you translations. If you want to activate spanish one. Then set your site language to spanish from General > Site Languaage. Now it will fetch translated strings from Spanish Language File
