Large Text Quiz Submissions

Hi, I'm having issues when students are submitting large text quiz's where the they are completing it on their end and when im looking at it on an instructors end it isnt showing up and saying unattempted question. It started of being one quiz but now its getting to be more and more but it seems to be intermittent. Any ideas? Cheers,

Can you please share url of that course in which the quiz is and also admin credentials in a private reply  to check the issue at your end ?
