October 15, 2016 at 6:23 pm #74753nena14SpectatorHi! Math equations created with LaTex is working fine in units and quizzes. However, when students are viewing their quiz results, the LaTex is not showing as it should:October 17, 2016 at 2:31 pm #74991H.K. LatiyanParticipantCan you please confirm if the issue is coming after 2.3 update or it was before 2.3, in 2.3 we have implemented caching for quiz results.October 17, 2016 at 2:48 pm #74995nena14SpectatorSorry, I'm not sure. I saw it after the update but is not sure if it worked before the update.October 18, 2016 at 1:58 pm #75146H.K. LatiyanParticipantPlease try adding this css in your appearance->customize->custom css:
.quiz_questions .q h5 {display: inline-block;}
October 19, 2016 at 9:46 am #75313nena14SpectatorSorry, no, that did not help.October 19, 2016 at 1:16 pm #75377H.K. LatiyanParticipantThe css worked fine on your website refer: http://prntscr.com/cw8p9j http://prntscr.com/cw8prs Please try clearing the cache and then check.October 20, 2016 at 7:08 am #75511nena14SpectatorAs you can see in your own images LaTex is not working. That is not how a math expression should look like.October 21, 2016 at 9:27 am #75772nena14Spectator.October 21, 2016 at 9:27 am #75773nena14SpectatorLook att the middle row in your image. This is how that should look like:October 22, 2016 at 8:45 am #75973Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell I checked the issue and was not able to replicate on my test site . refer : http://prntscr.com/cxfohxv Can you please share your Latex shortcode to test ? Please also share the link of you quiz in which you are facing this issue.October 24, 2016 at 6:36 am #76203nena14SpectatorHere is the LaTex in the above example: [latex]\large P=\frac{antal\; gynnsamma\; utfall}{alla\; utfall}[/latex] The quiz: http://gymnasiematte.se/quiz/kunskapskollen-5/October 25, 2016 at 6:27 am #76416Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell I found it to be the same known issue with the slashes . In front end edit we are removing slashes before saving the content into database .We do this because all the settings and data in front end edit is posted as json data which adds many slashes to the data .Therefore to remove these slashes we need to use the stripslashes function. now all the slashes are removed even from the shortcode and it is unable evaluate the shortcode and shows false results . Adding to issue log . track : https://trello.com/c/QgM2uxMD Till then you can add the latex shortcode from backend question edit page in text mode . refer : http://prntscr.com/cylrwdOctober 25, 2016 at 6:37 am #76420homeforsellSpectatorFuthermore, Latex is only OK when edit in back-end, if use Latex code to type equations in front-end, It's not Ok. And all people, who use WPLMS theme only let almost instructor add / create / edit courses (unit; quizs) in front-end. So, Please make for WPLMS compatible with Latex when use it in front-end Regards,October 25, 2016 at 12:51 pm #76499H.K. LatiyanParticipantYes as already mentioned by Alex its an issue as of now, and has already shared the trello card link above. For now you have to add the latex from backend.October 25, 2016 at 1:38 pm #76524homeforsellSpectatorSory, I don't read carefully words Alex has writen. -
