May 29, 2021 at 12:49 pm #359544WPLMSnoviceParticipantHello We have a web site with over 300 LP courses and recently purchased WPLMS and want to migrate. We have used your plugin to do this and everything worked fine, except that the Lessons and Quizzes are no longer connected to the courses, and the questions are not connected to the Quizzes (tis is a major issue). Is there a way to do this smoothly so that the course comes over to WPLMS as a complete package? Reconnecting 300+ courses with 20 question per course would take forever. Many thanks!May 31, 2021 at 1:25 pm #359712VeronicaModeratorhi we need to check queries for that please provide database export of your learnpressMay 31, 2021 at 4:23 pm #359733WPLMSnoviceParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.June 1, 2021 at 2:18 pm #359862Anshuman SahuKeymasterOk I have the sql import , were you using any paid addons of learnpress with eduma theme ? Please also share your theme and learnpress version as well . We will test the import on our blank setup to check where the error is .It will take some time for us to correct it. Thanks for your patience .June 1, 2021 at 3:11 pm #359874WPLMSnoviceParticipantHi Alex Thank you for your reply. The Eduma theme came loaded with all the plugins that we required, so we did not purchase any additional plugins from LearnPress. We are using the following LearnPress plugins: Certificates, Collections, Content Drip, Course Review, Course Wishlist, Export/Import Courses, Gradebook, Strip Payment, Student List, WooCommerce Payment Methods Integration. Learnpress Version 3.1.0.1 Eduma Theme Version: 3.6.0 The reason we are using older version of LP and Eduma is because our previous developer made code changes in the theme itself rather than using a child theme, so if we update all the plugins and theme some of the functionality is lost - this is why we are also moving to WPLMS so we can do everything properly and have all the functionalities that we need. If you think it would be useful, we could give you an access to a staging replica of our site, or we could create a staging site with all plugins updated, but some functionality would be lost, but this may be more useful for you. Please let us know if you need anything from our side. thank you for looking into this, we are progressing with customizing the WPLMS and I am sure we will have few more questions as we go along :) Regards IvanJune 1, 2021 at 5:52 pm #359895WPLMSnoviceParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.June 2, 2021 at 2:04 pm #360015Anshuman SahuKeymasterThanks for sending the staging site details . We will try the old version of wplms migrate plugin on this demo : https://github.com/VibeThemes/wplms-learnpress-migrate/archive/c586cff2e45748d33f6cdc3dcd864fb09288939b.zipJune 3, 2021 at 3:35 pm #360211WPLMSnoviceParticipantThank you Alex. Do you know when can we expect to hear back from you? There are so many courses to migrate and, if we have to do it manually we better start sooner rather than later. Is there a way to migrate the quizzes at least and keep the name of the quiz, with all the questions connected to the quiz? This would be a big help. Many thanksJune 4, 2021 at 2:36 pm #360360Anshuman SahuKeymasterPlease provide us time of one day we will check what is happening , I can revert back to you by tommorrow after checking the issue . We are sure we can resolve this issue after examining , you can try creating your main courses if in hurry .June 5, 2021 at 11:29 am #360447Anshuman SahuKeymasterThis reply has been marked as private.June 5, 2021 at 2:05 pm #360470WPLMSnoviceParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.June 7, 2021 at 2:39 pm #360619Anshuman SahuKeymasterYou can try contacting these guys : https://wisdmlabs.com/ NOTE: we do not take responsibility of their work .
