    We would like to limit the size of total media upload by each tutor to 4GB. We want to allocate an amount of space for tutors to upload media and then either stop them or send a trigger to admin How can this be done please

    That is not implemented right now but yes this should be there in the setting .We will try to implement this in upcoming updates .
