Links positioning issue in the navbar

Hi There, I create my website with a fixed navbar. It works fine but the

• move with the float...Between 991px and 1222px my menu is not inline...https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2017/16/1492767155-bug-navbar-reso.jpg <span style="color: #212121; font-family: arial, sans-serif; white-space: pre-wrap;">How do I make the links in my menu stay aligned?</span> Thank you in advance.

This is because the space is less and the menu items are more, to solve this you should add the menu items as submenus.

Can you explain me how to add this menu as subemenus items ?

I just want to keep all my links in the main navbar (without submenus).
