    Hello, I open a new thread as the old one is getting too messy and really hard to understand. I am still having issues with WPLMS 4. I have watched the video on upgrading to 4 several times and followed it step by step apart from adjusting the templates in Elementor. Please find the two main problems here: 1. new plugins activated, blank templates chosen I have added items to the Vibe BP logged-in menu: This is how I set up the menu: I did not change anything for the menu items, not even the labels. The items will sometimes be visible and sometimes not without an obvious pattern behind that. I have tested it after deactivating my cache plugin and it was still showing arbitrarily. If the menu shows I am getting the 404 page or a blank page, whenever I click on any menu item. I can't access the student dashboard or profile in any of the browsers I tested (again 404 page or blank page instead). Also neither one will load when I log in – I will get the 404 page instead. What can be the reason for this? It makes the whole course system unusable as users cannot access anything. An admin can work on the courses, units and quizzes in the back-end, but that's it. 2. problem: old plugins activated I therefore activated the old plugins and deactivated the new plugins. Most things work just fine. Just one problem remains: The admin link in course doesn't work (see screenshot below). It will send me to the 404 page. This means that I cannot administrate students for a course. That's a vital feature for me, thus I need it fixed. Both the theme and the essential plugins are up to date (theme WPLMS 4.03, Vibe BP 1.006, WPLMS 1.011). I am working with Firefox, Safari and Chrome on a Mac. For the moment I will deactivate the new plugins and activate the old plugins as most things work with them. Thus, in case you want to access the site to check things yourself you will need to switch plugins first and delete server cache in the top WP menu. Thanks for your ongoing support! Wiebke

    Hello Veronica, your screenshot is not from my site. I don't have a plugin named WPBakery Page Builder installed, which is visible in your screenshot. I have activated automatic updates for both plugins and they are at version 1.006 for VibeBP and 1.011 for WPLMS: I hope That should be the most recent versions. If those versions are outdated: how can I update them manually? Thanks, Wiebke

    Hello, right now I updated the plugins again to Vibe BP version 1.007 and WPLMS 1.060. Can that be truly be version 60? I would have missed more than 50 updates since yesterday. I have trouble believing that. When I wrote my post yesterday I had checked the plugins several times to make sure that I had not missed an update. The update didn't change anything. I am still having the same issue. Thanks, Wiebke

    hi, i have checked the same on your site http://somup.com/cYiUXg6ooM as you can see that directories are not redirecting to the proper page url that's the reason that's why the menus are not redirecting to the proper url
    if you give the permission can i setup the wplms4+ version on your site from initial? please let me know PS: it will be great if you provide the cpanel details it takes less time to upload the stuff in comparison to FTP...
    I am really angry now. I have waited for 17 hours to get a response that doesn't help me at all because you didn't read the information I provided. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to hopefully get an answer I can build on. for this really sorry because we are fully loaded with support we generally reply within 24 hours but i will make sure that as soon as i join tomorrow i will check this topic on the priority basis.

    Hello Veronica, thanks for investigating this. I have also been at the point that the URLs seem to be broken, but I didn't know how to solve this. Sure, please go ahead with setting 4.0 up from start tomorrow. I will make a backup today so that you feel save doing it. I don't have a cPanel access to the server. Unfortunately my hosting service does only provide FTP access. I know that this is cumbersome and slow. Sorry for having no alternative. I am sorry for being so harsh yesterday. I understand you being overloaded since the version 4 release. I was desperate as I am trying to solve this issue since more than a week and it has cost me countless hours of unpaid work. A reply after 24 hours is fine for me as long as I we make some progress. I don't expect a solution right with the first reply. But it was annoying to get the same recommendation several times.     Hi we tried everything but somehow all your directory pages are redirecting to 404 pages .If I select any other page into directory page then again we are getting 404 error on redirection this is why we are not able to set the menus and all in your site . I spent more than 2 hours finding something but could not . Can you please share your ftp creds in order to check what might be the issue ?

    Well it was a bug in vibebp plugin which is resolved now . The same fix has been added in the update .
