November 25, 2016 at 3:46 pm #82027esteebSpectatorHi there, We don't have instructors on our site, just 3 administrators. Is it possible for us to view the stats of our students like:
- how many student are taking a test
- how many are completing it successfully
- which students are taking it
- when they are taking it (date)
- on passing test, the stats are not showing certficates earned
November 26, 2016 at 7:34 am #82064H.K. LatiyanParticipantWell you can get the stats from course admin->stats, and lms statistics. If you want to get the stats of a particular assignment, quiz then you can see the stats from the leaderboard, refer: http://prntscr.com/dbxrlt You can also get the information from the course activity, but right now there is no option to sort it via date. So based on your request we can add a date filter in the course activity where you can set the activity to be shown between the dates that you select. http://prntscr.com/dbxs2j The date filter can be added in the 2.5 update as 2.4 update is already finalised.November 26, 2016 at 4:32 pm #82108esteebSpectatorHi, Thanks so much for the response. I understand now with the leaderboard. Thx! The other question is that when I'm in the LMS statistics, why is the Certificates not showing up. It's all showing N/A (see screenshot). http://prntscr.com/dc27wg Thank you!November 28, 2016 at 10:34 am #82229H.K. LatiyanParticipantN/A means that either you have not awarded any certificate in that course or if you have awarded the certificate then you have not calculated the stats to reflect the changes. So please make sure you award the certificate and also calculate the stats from course admin->stats->click on caculator icon to calculate the stats for that course.November 28, 2016 at 1:52 pm #82276esteebSpectatorI don't see any calculator icon. Where exactly is it? LMS >> Settings? LMS >> All Courses? Also the certificate is automatically generated to students who have a passing threshold of 70%, which we have programmed ourselves. The other thing is what are all these numbers (see screenshot). http://prntscr.com/dcrvqu Thank you!November 28, 2016 at 1:54 pm #82278esteebSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.November 29, 2016 at 11:43 am #82413H.K. LatiyanParticipantPlease refer the screenshot to see the calculator icon: http://prntscr.com/dd5iy7 --------- It should show the latest marks obtained by the user instead of showing these numbers. I tested this on my test setup and it shows the latest marks here. Please make sure your theme and plugins are updated to latest versions. I also tried to login in your website using the credentials shared above to check the issue on your website but it showed me wrong password error. Please check the password again.November 29, 2016 at 1:00 pm #82428esteebSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.November 29, 2016 at 1:46 pm #82449esteebSpectatorAnother thing that's confusing under the LMS >> Statistics >> Courses What's the difference between these 2 (see screenshot) http://prntscr.com/dd7a6c ----- When I go to download the stats for both courses and students, they are the same.November 30, 2016 at 4:12 pm #82696Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell I just checked your site and want to find admin panel of your courses but could not . seems like you have overridden the course page template . This is how to re-calculate the stats : http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cDXvDiQXie In your case please access : http://your-site.com/course/xxxxxxx/?action=admin&stats and click on reload icon to calculate stats .December 1, 2016 at 1:35 pm #82919esteebSpectatorHi, I'm using the url you gave me to input the course : http://csar.nyc/course/adverse-childhood-experiences-video/?action=admin&stats But I don't see the reload icon to calculate stats. Also the pagination is not working. When I click on the Check course stats for user, I'm getting "Security Check Failed" http://prntscr.com/de1kk1December 2, 2016 at 3:43 pm #83144Anshuman SahuKeymaster1. Well stats icon is here : http://prntscr.com/deig5f 2. Unable to replicate the issue . This seems to be connected to your customized theme template . security parameter missing . check screenshot in private reply .December 2, 2016 at 3:43 pm #83145Anshuman SahuKeymasterThis reply has been marked as private.December 5, 2016 at 2:48 pm #83569esteebSpectatorHi Alex, 1) How do add the security parameter? 2) My question about the pagination link not working was not answered. Thanks!December 6, 2016 at 1:14 pm #83769Anshuman SahuKeymaster1. & 2. Can you please check this on a test site (staging site)with default theme activated ? refer : https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/how-to-create-wp-staging-environment/ -
