LOCO TRANSLATE DOESNT WORK

Hello my site is all trasnlated but there is some strings that even though are translated in LOCO it doesnt work. Is the LOCO from the WPLMS THEME SPANISH IN MY PAGE https://prnt.sc/uagenm IN LOCO PLUGIN https://prnt.sc/uagfko https://prnt.sc/uagg9r I have several strings like that Thank you

Make sure the path of translation file should be correct

Can you explain me more please, how do i know the path are correct? where is that option?

Hello, The translation files path is determined by the theme or plugin’s code. In our theme and plugins we have set the path of languages/themes folder for theme, and languages/plugins folder for plugins. So according to our code it will only check these paths and not the other paths. Thanks,

Hello, Please remove this file from here using ftp and add the file in wp-content/languages/plugins folder (for plugins). Then you can translate this file and the text will be translated. Thanks,
