log in option is not showing

After updating wplms the log in option is not showing. this is happening after activating wp-rocket. is this a cache issue? or bug. If it is a cache issue how can I exclude this for caching. thank you

I already deactivated wp-rocket so that my students can login. https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/updating-to-4-09/ in this post you said that to exclude the log.js file. I am completely newbie for this. I am seeing this settings in wp rocket: http://prnt.sc/uuvtry What need to type and where in those 2 boxes. there is 2 option one for inline JavaScript and other is the javascript file.
