Our main menu and login disappeared. We already tried fixing the menu issue in appearance and nothing seems to work. We also checked that the global login settings in VipeBP is enabled. Please help us

Thank you for your help Ada, we have some follow up questions related to this
video:
1. How exactly in the settings (besides going to appearance settings) do we find the menu that we're hovering over at the beginning of the video and highlights in red? We've been playing with the appearance settings for a while now and when we manage to get rid of it, the top menu disappears and we only want one 😰
2. Later in the video you can see that after logging in, the profile menu disappears right away, so our users are unable to find the log out option. What is the step by step to make that menu come back?
The Hovering Effect Color, We add using custom CSS
Let me which color main menu you want, so it will appear there even without hovering, and when someone hover on the menu item it will appear red, as it is right now
There is some CSS conflict due to which menu seems to be disappeared.
Thanks Diana, the only menu we want is the one that appears when hovering, but we want it red and to not be a hover over menu ("Todos los cursos" and "Registro"). About the profile menu, that one disappears completely, we can't even access it by hovering over it.
Add this custom css in wp-admin > Appearance > customize > Custom CSS
nav ul.menu li a strong{color: #771618 !important;}

Thank you Diana! The registration and courses menu are not disappearing anymore. The issue with the profile menu (I believe it's the logged in menu, the one with the users name that drops down with the log out option, along with my account and dashboard) persists. We log in, and after a few seconds the menu disappears but it doesn't appear when you hover over the top right corner, leaving users without the possibility of logging out. We checked the menu settings in appearances => customize but can't find the proper settings to make that menu stay.
Could you give us some guidance on finding the setting that is causing this issue?

Your theme is not updated. Requesting you to update your theme and then I will check

Sorry about that, we updated it and one of our issues is solved :) but not this one. The username menu continues to disappear, the video on the thread I linked above shows exactly what happens to us.
