Login Button popup is not working on homepage from frontend

Hello we have a problem since 1 months. In the homepage of https://sport.wepascience.it the ACCEDI button in the top MENU (login button) is not working. If you click upon it, it doesn't show the normal POPUP in order to let the user login. You can see the bug right here: https://prnt.sc/26ltt8r In the past day I could go to another page and there the button was working fine, but now the only place where the login popup is working, is on the MY ACCOUNT page in the MAIN MENU https://prnt.sc/26lttic In this link the button is working: https://sport.wepascience.it/my-account/ Can you help me to solve this problem? Is that a JS or JQUERY problem? Or can I solve this with a css code? Thank you

I also discovered that from MOBILE VERSION the mobile menu is not appearing. If you go in the homepage from mobile in sport.wepascience.it and you try to click on the hamburger, it doesn't work!!!
