Login dropdown menu

hello team, if I want to link to another page in the login dropdown menu, I am always directed to the dashboard. But it is important for our website that the customer first gets to a normal page that is stored there (with a link)! I have set everything in the menu area and if I click on the link here I will be redirected to the correct page! What am I doing wrong? Many thanks

Well im really sorry I clear up all caches and cookies but still its blocking me out of wp-admin and wp-login.php . https://prnt.sc/uaa4vj Maybe a country block is in place.In such case our country is India .
