Login error

Hi again! We're running into an error when our users log in and click on their profile name. Instead of receiving the profile menu with the dashboard and option to log out, the login menu appears all over again, and it creates a login loop. Here's a video to show you the issue: https://youtu.be/_lz5tW-N4yI Updated everything in wp-admin and it keeps happening. Could you help us fix this issue please?

Hi Veronica, checking your video we could tell that the issue only happens when logging in from the home page, since the issue is the logging pop up appearing again. Could help us fixing this on the home page?
