I had the same problem. I have fixed it with Vibethemes support.
Check updates of your plugins. All of them have to be updated, especially Vibe Course module (javascript problem with login popup). If it does not work, clean server cache after updatking theme and plugins. If it does not work - disable third party plugins and refresh site.

but i don't see where can i update the theme...

Login to your admin account. If the popup does not appear, go to: yoursite.com (or other domain) and add /wp-admin/ at the end of the link
After logging in - look at the up section - there is a bar (from left - Wordpress icon, title of your site, some icons - look behind them two rounded arrows - these are updates. Go there, update theme, plugins (translations etc).
This should help.
And remember not only update theme, but all related plugins (Vibe course module etc).

i updated everythind and it dosent update, moreover - it says that i need you update the theme, but down the page it says that theme is allready updated...
Now try to clean your browser cache and login again. Check in WPLMS settings if the version of your theme is 2.0 (image attached)

cleaned the cache, checked the console.. my theme is still not up to date...
i dont understand why there is no link where i can update the theme...
I had the same problems - after updating theme the admin panel informed me that the theme is not updated. I logged off, cleaned the browser cache, logged in again, updated theme again, updated plugins. This helped

Which one? Any plugin related to WPLMS? Visual Bakery? If it is Visual Bakery (or something like that), do not worry about it.
Look at the thread I gave you a link above. Last times many of users had problems with logging in after update. In my case there was a problem with javascript.
Wpbakery visual composer.
