Login issues with the Site

I have around 20% of the users having login issues, they are complaining about frequently getting logged out and the Home page does not show as logged in. I enabled Ajax I cleared cache I set it as no-cache in my host. Can someone please help here

Are you using v3 or V4 version of wplms? If its old one then please use the "Remember-me" options to let the user logged in till maximum session of user on server expires . If on V4 then this can be controlled from wp-admin -> vibebp -> settings .
