Logotype in footer missed

I have this website in framework 4. I am trying to update logotype or show it in footer, but it's not recognizing it or showing it, can you help me with this? This is how I am trying to do it: video proof Thank you

Thank you @Veronica, now it's shown correctly (: Just one more thing I would like to get some help, I can't change text link color in course page, i tried to force it with custom css but still not working, do you know where or how I can do this? it happens when I am not logged in and in the level course text. this is the example Course thank you!

hi just checked on your site and found you have this custom CSS already applied http://prntscr.com/26k4cdi that's why it is conflicting

Thank you, I found that one file called actions.php has this tag !important, I removed it and worked.
