Lost my wp admin access

I changed my WPLMS setting, so student login goes directly to my course. I lost my wp admin or access to the dashboard or my wp-admin page access. I am not sure why this happened, I was able to access this just before I changed the LMS student redirect setting. Anyone has this happened to them before?

Yes, I think so, what should be the right setting for allowing admin/instructor to get access the admin? Can you show me a image? Thanks
