- I purchased the official WooCommerce membership plugin,
- I created a plan (let's call it Premium)
- I assigned a product to the Premium membership
- I assigned the same product to the course
- I have assigned course to the plan
- I assigned the desired user to the plan
April 30, 2020 at 11:46 am #255602VeronicaModeratorhello dear, My courses will always show 0 becasue the current logged in user is not enrolled/subscribed in the course. After purchasing the course, he should hit the course start button so that he will be enrolled in that course. Once the student will be enrolled that membership associated with that course will be assigned to that user.April 30, 2020 at 6:56 pm #255706tomekdatomParticipantHi Veronica, Let me clarify: I do not want the user to purchase anything - I want to manually assign the plan to the user, so he can see all the courses within that plan. Current scenario is:- The user open the website, opens the course that he's interested in. When clicking "Purchase the course" he's being redirected to a contact page where he can get in touch with me about getting access to the service.
- When we iron out the details about the preferred subscription plan, I'd like to manually assign him to the plan so he would be able to start any of the course within the plan after logging in to the website.
May 1, 2020 at 11:19 am #255846VeronicaModeratorsimply goto admin section of the course. i hope you want the same! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GW_5rKKn1UsMay 1, 2020 at 5:31 pm #255939tomekdatomParticipantSo does that mean that if I register 20 users one day and I have 20 courses, I have to manually assign each one of them to each course? Is there no automatic way to do this? And I'm not talking about the excel method I've seen on one of your videos.May 2, 2020 at 11:20 am #256112Anshuman SahuKeymasterYes you can assign the user to membership and it will provide the access to all courses in which the membership level was selected . But you have to install : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/woocommerce-membership-integration-with-wplms-addon/May 5, 2020 at 4:01 pm #256978tomekdatomParticipantHello, I have this extension installed, yet still, I don't get access to all the courses when assigning a student to a membership plan. Can you please write down step by step instruction how to achieve what I'm trying to do?May 6, 2020 at 11:15 am #257161VeronicaModeratorhi, what you want is to adding the bulk student in the course right! then you can refer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NFjGRc7NwxM https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/addingediting-bulk-users-in-a-course/Its only for a single course so adding the course ids separated by commas will not work.
You need to first set the csv for a single course and add the same setting with a different course id bellow it and so on.
So the csv will be something like, first course and its settings then another course and its settings and so on.
