Many Questions Not Saving Session

We are having an issue currently where there are a few questions that aren't saving the Student's answers to the Session Storage like they normally would be (instead of saving them to the question number which would be normal behavior, they save them to "undefined"). This only happens on some specific question types: Dropdown Select, Fill in the Blank, and Match Answers. I have included screenshots to show a few examples

Please note that we have revamped the in course quiz and single quiz in the version 1.9.7 . Now the answers are stored in the local storage of the browser . Please make sure that your wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to latest version .

A quick question regarding this - our system is pretty cracked out (in terms of customization) which means a few things we did had to deal with specific theme template files. Is there any way you could tell me the exact files that would need to be updated?

YOu can use diff tool for this .This is comparison tool .You can compare your theme files with the updated theme files with the help of this . It can easily point out the changes in each line of the theme .
